Established in 2004, Food & Design provides catering services to various events, corporations, companies and associations. We combine catering solutions with architectural and kitchen layouts development.

Today, F&D ensures a culinary production of 2,000 meals per day and a 24/7 ongoing quality food and beverage operation.

Food safety is one of our top priorities. From ingredient sourcing, to food handling and transportation, both our catering and restaurant procedures abide by the principles of international food safety and good hygiene practices.
Our efforts have earned us the Q-Platinum Award accreditation, an international certification recognized worldwide which monitors practices from the receiving of raw material until the delivery of end products.

With 10 years of F&B experience in Europe and the MENA region under his belt, Maurice Sursock joined the startup team of a new hospitality concept development company under the name of “Food & Design” back in 2004. It began as a restaurants development and management company in Lebanon and the Middle-East and steadily grew to become the catering company it is today.
